West Deer residents now have two cases under appeal at the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas. Any donations collected go directly to the individuals funding the appeals and 100% of funds go to the legal fees. The GoFundMe is for the Leto well pad appeal and GiveSendGo is being used for the Deer Creek Interconnect appeal.
APPEALSOlympus dropped the Dionysus appeal and the Township's denial stands. Go to the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas website and enter the case number of the appeal where it says ‘case search’ to stay up to date on active appeals in West Deer.
Leto Well Pad AppealOn June 7, 2024 we received word that the judge DENIED our appeal for the Leto Well Pad. We are appealing this decision to Commonwealth Court, as it is a land use issue that has broader impact and needs to be reconsidered.

Range Resources Submitted and application for the Caro-Brandon well pad back on April 13th.
In the July 17th WD Supervisors Meeting, it was approved to be advertised for a public hearing by the Board of Supervisors. The public hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, August 6, 2024 @ 6PM.
