It is critical that the Allegheny County Health Department (ACHD) hear from as many people as possible about health and noise concerns related to the added air pollution and additional noise that will be created by this dehydrator operating (24 hours / day x 365 days / year) in close proximity to the town of Bairdford as well as the other developments such as the well pad and future compressor station within the area.

You may attend the hearing in person. Persons wishing to speak at the hearing must register using ACHD’s
Public Hearing Participation Form - Allegheny County, PA. You must register no less than 24 hours in advance of the hearing, and testimony is limited to 3 minutes. The hearing will be held at:
